What is the best filler for the hull, RMS Titanic 1:250 Hachette wood model, I an just starting to build the wood using the wood slats provided in the magazine but I see later we fill the hull with a filler, which is best to use?

I used car body filler. David's ISOPON P38. It's a bit smell, but cures quite quickly and is easy to sand. Have a look at my diary, weeks 22-25. http://www.buildthetitanic.co.uk/index.htm
