Issue 83 is available.

It adds several angle girders (A, B, C) between the 2 sides of the boom.

One of the angle girders B serves as bearing for the vertical rod which will transfer the movement to the bogies.
I have added the gear by anticipation !

In addition, this issue completes the front part of the boom:

Issue 84 is available.

It adds some (14) 3-hole flat girders connecting the two boom segments on one side of the crane.

4 flat girders are placed between the vertical angle girders (A). The other 10 connect the perforated strips (B)

- History of Meccano parts : the one-inch pulley (part 5 : Tyres and rings)

Issue 85 is available.

It fits 14 additional 3-hole flat girders, on the same side of the boom but in its middle and rear parts.

The bracing of this boom side is now complete.

It's likely that issues 86-87 will do the same for the other side.

- American electric motors
