King Tut`s Mask build diary

Postby corelki2005 » Mon Jan 09, 2017 2:29 pm

Hopefully I will be able to collect the whole series of issues but here is the start of my diary. Will update this tomorrow with the first 4 issues

Looks like I will have to get some latex gloves to handle the parts so that I try not to put grubby paw prints on it :D

I agree with Mark! Although not my cup of tea I can appreciate the detailing. Makes you wonder how the heck they managed to make such a magnificent mask in real life! Especially in Egyptian times!

The metal parts are probably made of zamak, the inlays are made of plastic

The UK version is live. premium subscription which includes case is 39.96 per month. It works out a few quid cheaper than the French version for which we can't get the case!

I thought I had signed up and everything, but it turns out there was a glitch on the website. I will sign up again and see what happens!

As I haven't heard/received anything from Eaglemoss since subscribing to the UK version (over 3 weeks ago) and also to prevent what I have from bending out of shape I got issues 15-18 to complete the "shoulders".
