Gibbon Sushi Japanese Restaurant

Here's a little section of anybody who manages to find a really odd ball model that doesn't fit into any of the other catergories.

Looks very detailed with lots of different things to make.
My plants are green wires and cut out leaves, I'm looking forward to doing the plants but not the food. The plates and bowls in my kit are just circled card with a cut so you can dish them, bit crude and look rubbish so I may look for something else.
just need to glue the chairs together

Those plates/bowls do look a bit basic. Is it 1/12 scale? If so, there is a multitude of dolls house stuff available on line.
Cheers

I had a look on ebay and they have some nice white plates and bowls for less than £3 so I ordered some :)

small orange floor seats have been glued in place on the upper floor and a small vase with red flowers on a brown table added to the right corner. The brown stools are loose until all the food has been added on the ground floor.
On the left side there is a small hut to assemble for take away food and three LED,s to fit, one inside the hut and two hanging lanterns.

more done on the display case, windows added using very thin clear plastic cut to size. Just need to add the food before adding it to the model.
hole in the top shelf is for a LED

some parts of the main roof added along with the light on the cross beam. also a light brown hand rail, this had a break in the middle on the bottom rail but a little glue held it in place.

Three more LED,s for the two lanterns and one for the display cabinet.

small thin roof for over the sliding doors, the lanterns will hopefully hang from this. The two small yellow brackets are what hold the roof up  so have to have a good bond.

Nice that they've included lots of lighting! IT should be quite impressive when it's finished.
Cheers

eight LED,s :o in such a small model, its going to light up like a Christmas tree

I have to make some lanterns from thin printed card but the circle ends don't have tabs so I will have to add some to make assembly easier.
