The Dungeons Torture Automation

Here's a little section of anybody who manages to find a really odd ball model that doesn't fit into any of the other catergories.

The Dungeons Torture Automation

Hi all, this is me (Jess) the better looking one :laughing-rolling: . This is a prototype model of what I am planning to do to my husband and the funny thing is that he is helping me build it :laughing-rolling:. I hope no one takes offence of my sense of humor.

Here a couple of pics of the box and contents.

Certainly unusual ! Should be fun to build, but I'm not sure about 'exploring the science of movement'

Yeah, I cant wait until I build the 1:1 scale version :laughing-rolling:

I had fun putting the first parts together with the help from Roy, but he does like to interfere :laughing-rolling:

I hope to stain the wood.

ps. Roy says that the model reminds him of the mechanical models that he used to see in the mechanical museum that was base in London's Covent Gardens.

Hi jess :)
interesting choice of model kit, cant wait to see it working.
Medieval Devices were so gruesome. "The kit that explores the science of pulling a man apart" :laughing-rolling: and fun for all ages :)
Are you planing on doing it 1/1 scale in the cellar this being the prototype :)

The Wife hates my models, this might be a good way to get her to the right side of the force.

Well my husband hates my parrots but I tell him "Get over it" He will have to go before them  I guess we are lucky because we are both into models and we both love trains.

Here are some more updates and even the cockatoo likes my models (see 3rd photo) which he is photo bombing

The only place that I have seen that does this particular model was Blackpool dungeons. The link below shows the company that makes these and have got a variety of other models but unfortunately does not sell my model. I think it is a special thing for all The Dungeons attractions.

I am enjoying doing this model with Roy's help. It is certainly a very different model than what I have seen before.

Thank you Steve131

Can anyone spot the mistake in my last post regarding the build? :text-blondmoment: I got Roy to fix it.

All finished now and I will post a working video soon.

ATTENTION: This model is based on real life, he has the same hair and eyes like Roy. Also I based the red pants on his favorite pair. :laughing-rolling:
