On our travels we came across a dolls house emporium and went in for a look around. Some interesting items but i just wanted something for the Bentley so purchased a tool set, bonnet and brolly.
They kinda look ok for scale so i may use them somewhere.

selection of tools. Some are just the right size and shape for modern tools but the sheers look far too big. I will try to make them look a little better by painting and cleaning them up.
Shame there wasn't a copper and hide mallet for the wheel spinners. The tool box is just a lump of wood

Love the toolkit Casp :D
Could you do a Blue Peter job for the mallet, similar to what I did for the DB5?

A little paint and oil and they should look ok somewhere  . your right BA i don't need the scissors :)
I have some ideas on doing a diorama for the car later on ( not sure when  ) and i,m picking up bits and bobs that could add interest. The brolly and hat are just a bit off fun but the scale is better than i thought. I was tempted to get a man doll but they looked too dolly, if you know what i mean  :)

Great idea Paul but i was thinking more along the lines of a garage environment with tin roof and dirty false window...maybe a loo as well :laughing-rolling:  just kidding :)
Not really sure yet but a garage scene would be good. I already have the brick walls and some of the wood for the beams etc. Just need to find the right scale corrugated sheets for the roof

Loo would look great in the corner of the workshop
I have collected a few things along the way like step ladders etc so it should be fun :)

Hi Casp what are the brick walls made of?
Are you able to put a pic up of all the bits and pieces that you have so far? :)

i was thinking of adding a shelf about a foot up and making a diorama with a glass front.
I only want brickwork a third of the way up the wall then wood panels up to a corrugated roof but i can only find 1/24 scale roof sheets. The brick stuff i have is from one of shane's old toys and the brick pattern is just right but it comes in odd shapes so i,m not sure i can use it.

Hi Casp ,
What about either brick paper that they use for model trains or 2 by 1 Lego bricks - sprayed and then mortar lined in ? :)

That sounds a good idea Casp, will they be roughly in the right scale for you? :)
