I already got dancing girls. Although a Lego one would be cheaper for me to use on shots and stuff

There were prizes last year..... all donated by members and sent to Mr. Chill, who kindly organised the awards and shipped the prizes (at his own cost) to the winners.

Hi

I can reassure you that the prizes are 100% real. Please see all the awards cats and you will see certain ones have prizes linked to them.

Past awards I have run :

Two Bissie awards on Capns Build the Bismarck and the Last Tigger Awards on this forum all winners have been awarded with prizes of model kits the value of these kits were upto £10-£15.00.which were donated by my fellow board members with the odd one supplied by me and shipped at my own cost. I am sure past winners will back this statement with what they got through the post. It does not matter where the winner is I post the prizes to them. Morrigan, for example, got a superb USA made Balsa Spitfire kit.

Also as bonus I turned the infamous Dancing Girls into reality by means of DGC and if you search the last awards you wil see her in her fantastic glory (and me in one of them as well!) so just wait and wonder what I have planned for this year.

So please please vote.

Kind regards

As Chill says, there are prizes, which are all donated by forum members and Chill himself. As to what they are ? Well, it's all part of the surprise.
However, the main aim of the Tigger Awards is to bring the forum together and have a bit of fun.

Chill puts a lot of time, effort and money (like hiring a model and photographer !) into running the awards, so please, everybody, enter into the spirit of the competition. Vote, and have a bit of fun.
Cheers
Mark

Btw, its not the winning it's the taking part.

Ask Paul, he got so attached to his modelling he couldn't leave it alone.

Ohhh, sorry that was the superglue.....

Hiya,

The awards, from a member's perspective has been great to view and vote on different parts of the forum that we may not personally be involved with normally, those that we are and also to get into a bit of light banter as a bit of fun etc.

Chill has done a really great job on arranging the awards, also spent a load of time and effort and £ (especially for posting overseas) as well.

As for me, I still have my treasured Revell "Lavochkin La-5FN" 1:72 scale from last year's competition. :D :D

I dare not start mine, as there were so many different colour schemes that are possible - it is mind blowing ! :) :)
