Hi Middlemuddle
I received an e-mail yesterday, saying the same. I already knew it was a tester but am still hopeful it may become a part work in the near future.

I have that email too but I'm assuming it's just confirmation the test run has ended.

Hopefully the proper kit will happen this year.
If so, I'm in!

I,m affraid its been put on hold until further notice
had the same e-mail. shame really as it looks to be a nice model. I would think the inflated price tags for these cars is putting some people off

I knew this day had to come! :)
The Jag E-Type is available in Italy also :)
But we have the only choice to get it in 24 months and I would like something quicker.... :?

At least the Italian link lets us have a better look at the cockpit and the boot. I can see a few minor imperfections and visible wiring, hopefully the finished model won't have these problems.

I assume that Betto has a 24 month subscription!

Welcome to the club. Here in the Uk we are on week 27, or 28..... Something like that.

I am getting this through my local newsagent weekly. I have had a supply interruption at week 20 so by the time it got to week 25 with nothing to collect and with the Mustang coming through the same supply chain OK my Newsagent and myself worked together with questions asked on the Modelspace forum and then getting Menzies head office on the phone in Glasgow.

The result was that when I went to collect the papers that weekend there was issue 26 and 25 waiting for me!

It took some running around, the threat of a personal visit to their local depot (which is not far away) and some phone calls and emails but the problem was fixed. I don't blame Deag who assured me there was no supply problem which the Mustang proved. I don't blame Menzies who once Head office knew got the problem fixed. I actually blame their supplier for the mess up

So, with issues now arriving the parts box is starting to look fuller.

EDIT:

I see from Caspars release date posts that the supplier is #MUTLIVALUE. Never heard if them!

Right. It's the only option available here in Italy.
