Being in Wales, I don't think that either Casp or myself need Alpine clothes ........

Our attire needs to be mainly Woolly, preferably of the sheep type !!!!! :laughing-rolling: :laughing-rolling: :laughing-rolling:

Hi Casp,

Non model related, but have you had power cuts as well? We had some for a couple of days here, then despite all the rain and winds, the peat bog at the back of Borth caught fire yesterday!!!!

Anyway, back on track, have you been able to get the flesh paint for the GI yet? :)

Hi Paul :)
hope the weather isn't affecting you too much. half our street was in darkness on thursday and friday but back on now. There is local flooding but not where i am thankfully. But i have had lots of damage to my sheds and fences, can all be fixed though. My roof is holding out, just a couple of slipped tiles but some guttering has fell off...again  I also have a 25ft pine tree close to the house but it looks ok. Not had winds and rain like this for years
I stuck the windscreen into the mutt today but still need flesh colour for the figure. I may be able to make a mix up from what colours i have

Will it be easy to un gum the airbrush? :) :) :)

It wasn't too difficult Paul. I had to strip down the airbrush completely, but the 'gunk' all came off with either cotton buds, or cocktail sticks, etc. I've got an Iwata, so I would have been rather annoyed if it had been a write-off !
Cheers

I finally added the windscreen (dirty) to the mutt and added a couple of wires for the wiper motor, should be two but one will do.
The plastic window is all shapes and was a pain to fit :angry-banghead: , still looks a little crooked and has come away from the top but a little more glue and it should be fine.

I will also add a little more weathering and dry brushing here and there and hopefully add some bags etc to load her up a bit

Hi Casp,

I love the weathering on the window :D :D :D

However, what with all the :superlglue: I use, I kind of manage to do it by default on things that shouldn't have it (as you know) !!!

NB - any more thoughts on the flesh for the GI? :) :)

Outstanding Casper !

However, the driver is either very very cold, or his wife ran off with his best friend and his dog :laughing-rolling:
Cheers

Good to know your ok Paul and still have power.
We had a 24 hour power cut last week and very high strong gusts of wind. Bit of damage to the fences and a few slipped tiles but not too bad considering.

Hi Casp,

We had the same, and last Wednesday was rather evil to walk home, what with no trains or buses, and finally walking near the seafront with all the very strong winds ( well we are used to the usual ones!) and then No power....!!!!! :angry-banghead:

After all the above, I do really feel like your GI !!!! :) :)
