Okay - Pack 4 arrived - It starts with the sissy bar, license plate and tail light....

Then the main frame pieces - One pic was me playing about with the fuel tank....

Next was the foot clutch assembly (She's an older Harley - no hand clutch....

Gear shift assembly next - there is a nut and bolt that attaches that ling arm on the rear of the pedal assy frame - I couldn't get the nut threads to hold - ended up adding a drop of quick super glue internally but leaving the linage clear to swivel.... :angry-banghead:

Next up was the brake foot petal assy -

It still is a hand clutch.
The item with the long spring is the mousetrap. Its an over-center spring setup to boost the clutch actuation.
Pretty cool model.

This is section 5 - crankcase, oil reservoir and breather cap, covers etc. The rear sprocket and chain came also but I'm glad I don't have to assemble the chain like Mark's Kawa! :o :o Apologies for the all over the place pics, I was one handing with a mobile phone on some....

Section 6 - More around the engine -
Struggled a bit on the cylinder to crankcase bolts - not much room for tools - lot'sa pliers use needed

My personal opinion is that thus far, the quality has been excellent - some of the parts are a bit tiny for my old fingers, but I manage it okay due to the ease of assembly.. - I would only qualify that a bit, as I'm not as experienced as you guys in the partwork kits on offer. - Anyway though, I love it! (I love the DB-5 too... - it still has my place of honour on the shelf....) :D
