you can just make out a bump on the top skin from the push rods. There are a few of these to clean up before paint

I decided to strengthen up the rear wing pins that let the wings tilt, the kit ones are far to flimsy and would brake in no time at all.
Simple little mod that only takes a few minutes but makes all the difference. Paper clip rods inserted cut to length and glued. should hopefully make them stronger :)

Possible option.

Rework the rear exhaust section.

Redone the paint scheme to a Tiger-meet option.

If possible open the top engine bay Area and put in some avionics.

Just some ideas I've thought about.

Hi Casp, yes in the first Gulf war the Tornado's were painted pink, as it blended in more with the sand apparently :)

Hi-jack away Paul...all good fun :)
Thanks for the tips mustang :) I love the meet decals they look amazing and very tricky to do
I have just glued the two fuselage parts together after a few attempts  I will let this dry and take another look at it. There are areas that will need more glue and lots of filler careful sanding. I think i will make up some sanding sticks to help get into awkward areas.

Hi Casp,

What plastic parts do you have to mod/play around with this? :)

Can you post any photos. I would possible look at opening the exhaust flaps if possible. Then looking inside the engine itself.

Not sure yet Paul, i just sat down and glued a few bits together but i do need to have a closer look and see what can done  . Having not done a plane since childhood this is all new to me but fun :)
The fit is not very good and the parts need cleaning up before you can use them but its very relaxing on a Sunday afternoon
