Trumpeters new 1/16 release

Postby snapdragon » Tue Jul 03, 2018 11:37 am

August, according to Trumpeters website sees the release of the first of two Panthers.

The first is an Early G and reports from the toy show in Germany earlier this year has a full interior too.

This year is truly the year of the Panther and Trumpeters 1/16 G's if they have done their homework and research plus design thinking could be stunning additions to the huge range of Panthers and variants appearing throughout this year.

At this moment I only know of two G variant kits, Early and late. The Early kit, released next month will set trumpeters bar, which looking at their Tiger II and Jagtiger kits will be really good IF they have concentrated on the detail and have researched the changes and differences between early and late and maybe the option in both kits to produce Panthers during the changeover with elements of both early and late G Panthers.

Yes... They will end up on my bench at some point and I hope that trumpeter will add A, D, Bergpanther and Jagdpanther to their 1/16 range.
