Hello,

I'm also building this one, so far a great model, may be the best car partwork ever for the quality of parts.
But what we have in bags is crazy, you get parts in one number that you will use 10 numbers after, the engine is not finished and then you build the interior, in France we have critisized Altaya or Hachette or Eaglemoss for doing that but here it's much more.

But the model is incredible and a great pleasure to build.

Merry Christmas

I'm also building this under r2d2 and I also agree this is a very well detailed and thought out model! The finish is superb and although complex is not to hard to assemble! DeAgostini did send me the wrong pack this month ( pack 11 instead of pack 14 ) but within 3 days of emailing them it was put right and the correct pack was sent to me. This is very good service and I'm very pleased with DeAgostini so far! This is going to turn out a much better model than the Aston Martin DB5 although mine turned out ok!

Looking really good like mine! I must agree that this is a really great kit and very well detailed. It seems we are the only people building this kit although I was sure there was someone else on here building the same kit!

i suppose due to the cost not many people have chosen to build this kit. I know the extra detail and quality is there but i dont think it represents good value. But i do like it!!!!

Considering the detail of the model and operating parts I recon its pretty good value! Amalgam model cars use to make a 1/8th scale Lamborgini Countach that was radio controled with no mechanical internal detailing and it was around £2500! They also made a 1/8th Aston Martin DB5 for £2800 at the time!
