Has anyone else had missing parts? I'm missing part of the spring assembly in issue 6.

Yes Sobko.
Had the same problem with issue 6 but with the coil-spring missing.
E-mailed Eaglemoss via their dedicated Delorean address and received a reply the next day.
Complete replacement issue 6 sent out last Thursday and was delivered Saturday just gone.
Good service as far as I am concerned but of course the part should not be missing in the first place.

This model is distributed by DeAgostini in Japan and I have just found this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oQu8Rz9cnv4
In Japanese but shows the completed model and what looks like "extras".
I think it might need a bit of light blocking here and there!
The Plutonium box is rather smart but I wonder if we will see that in this part of the world?

at least germany seems to be a test, an indicator might be that they have the wheel assembly as delivery #2 whereas the wheel is #3 in the standard delivery order...

Wow! Nice model but 130 issues per 10,99 EUR is really much money....

nice question but no one knows -
why is the jeep 120 (more expensive) issues in france than 100 (cheaper issues) in italy - making it almost 400 euros dearer...
one simple answer - in search for more money...

Large box just been delivered with Parts 8 to 11 and number plate.
Issue 8 front frame and issue 9 front wheel.
Issue 10 is the chassis frame and issue 11 engine supports.
Now the question is should this be repainted grey as per the production cars??

I'm quite excited myself. We just finished the first six issues this past weekend. I'm using an overseas parcel forwarding service for issue seven on. Issue seven was charged yesterday so it should arrive to the parcel forwarders. I'll have it sent out to me upon arrival since there's a binder with it. Then I'll wait for issue eight, nine, and ten then have those sent out as well on a three week basis.

Side note...I'm attempting to do the same with Hachette's WRC Subaru using a forwarding service as well. I'll let all know how it goes.

Borderlinx. They set up like a personal PO Box and give you the address information and you have items shipped to it. I have EM set up to use my PayPal information to avoid potential credit card mess (expiration date, billing/shipping addresses being different). I'm eagerly awaiting issue seven to get to them, should be soon (this week hopefully). A thing to keep in mind is that they only hold items there for 30 days before there's a storage fee incurred so I'm going to have them forward roughly every three weeks. I wish I had known this when the GTR was out. :(

@Mark: I wonder why this thread is still in the preview section as it is a live run now.

Usually people start their own build diaries in the relevant section.
I can move this thread if you folks want to use it for general chatter.
Cheers

Just a heads up to subscribers....
Eaglemoss appear to be taking payments for the graphic novels even though I have not requested them.
Just e-mailed them to make sure I get a refund.
