Hello There R2D2 I have seen your Build Diary for the De Agostini 1-8 etype jaguar I Phoned them up asking them if they had a parts List of all 100 issues and they Said No, but eagle moss did have one for the Aston Martin Strange very Strange because I needed to know when the next British Racing Green Die-Cast part will be Available missmoneypenny

I to tried to get a parts list but to no avail! The Lamborghini Countach I built did have a parts list but only available from the Japanese site where the model was originally released.

As a monthly subscriber to the E-Type Jag, I was recently asked to complete a survey and in the "any other issues" box I asked whether they would soon publish a complete parts list for the 100 issues.

This really would be useful (I certainly found it useful for the Aston Martin DB5) so it's no surprise to me that others have also asked.

Let's hope they change their mind.

I also asked whether they would issue large plan sheets of all the parts – again like they did with the Aston.

Still, when we get the next four issues, we will be a quarter of the way through.

just to clarify things guys -
MOST of the partworks companies don't publish future parts lists, in fact the approach of what I've seen in the past 10 years is, work along the way, so you never know what parts will be next -
it's going that far that sometimes you even get "mystery" issues from the publishers, with nothing aired online at the date of selling the respective issue -
just look at it, I've bought the #38 issue of the porsche carrera this week but there's not the slightest hint online or anywhere, what the included parts are for or look like...
if you look at the supplied magazines, eaglemoss will at least try to print whats in the next issue, just like hachette italy - most others like altaya simply fly along the way, there's no preview of any kind in the mags -
so even if it sounds embarrassing, eaglemoss have learnt their lesson with the db5 and won't publish an advance list of all issues while on the go - things might need to be changed etc, so be patient as we all are -
take what arrives at the doorstep - especially as we know service departments are situated somewhere in the world and most you can expect from them is to find you subscriber number -
don't expect them being experts on the subject they are selling... ;)

Hello there I Agree with B.A Which is not very often but Yeah Building the etype as you go along with out knowing what each issues is seems ok would have preferred a Parts List like the Aston Martin but they Have no plans in doing that but I cant wait for the other Die Cast Metal parts for the etype I needed the parts list to see have far down the line they are for all we know they could arrive in the last 10 Issues and if that's the case I would not be Happy but things are what they are unfortunately missmoneypenny

Missmoneypenny. I think you will find most part work companies will try to supply the parts in a logical order as far as they can! Take the engine main frame. Its being supplied bit by bit but in an order that lets you build the parts in sequence until the main frame is completed! Its the same with the doors etc. Next week is the suspension arms to fix to the frame which I got this week! At least with these issues they tell you which parts you get the next week!

Hello there R2D2 your Absolutely Correct I don't think there's any need for a parts list really because if you receive any issue if you look at the back of the Mag it tells you what the next issue is so its as good as to me

Looking at the battery box it looks like three 3 volt button cells.
