In Russia there was the first partwork. Firm "Моделист" organized at large aviation factory undertook manufacture. Here a firm site - http://rusships.ru/

Nice work.

I take is she'll not be r/c fitted? The ribs fill the hull interior with no space for anything!

Bench model. Make PC does not work, not only because of
lack of space for the motors and batteries, but also
because a fairly high center of gravity model.

It's not quite WW I is 1904, ie ten years before World War I. Then our fleet suffered a crushing defeat, which apparently led to the subsequent horrific events in Russia.
