This is my third entry - An 'older' Tamiya M48A3 - I started it today and built through step 8 - partially painted ...

Managed a bit more - still go to finish the gun mantlet cover on the turret - painted the lights Tamiya gloss black for the rattle can and Starbrite chrome :D

Agree with Roy ,did you fill the radio control holes in the hull ,got them in my Chieftain :naughty:

Major subassemblies now done - just to bring it all together - hop a flight home to the family tomorrow to Norfolk....(they left earlier in the week with our menagerie ... :D )
Those rubber tracks were a pain - just like when I used to build the older Tamiya kits.....

Again, amazing paint work on those figures and also on that canvas ( I presume it suppose to be canvas) at the base of that gun :o

Hi Roy, yes the gun mantle has a cover - Had to add some cardboard ribs and wet tissue to the gap between turret and mantle to make it look better...Hope Jess feeling better - day and bit to xmas -

:clap: Excellent work , two look good together. Don't usually get post World War 2 tanks , but have enjoyed this build a lot and it looks a nice little tank to get 8-) .
