The stand works well for something that took ten minutes to make from a piece of left over wood and pegs, the metal rod was made from an old airbrush needle.

Lovely work Casper. Nice job on the stand as well. Just as effective as the commercial one, and a LOT cheaper. Probably more versatile too. How are you finding it as a building aid?

Hi Mark :)
I haven't really used it up to now apart from the pics just to get the wheel centre. It's going to help hold the bike upright while building and make life easier, its pretty sturdy and ideal for what I need mate. Got an interesting Idea on how to improve it but this ones just for this bike.

Looking great there mate loving the detail and I love the stand.

I don't understand why people buy them for ££ when a simple piece of wood of coat hanger does the same job for zero pence.

Between you and Marks bikes build it makes me want to dig out one of my many bike kits. :naughty: :doh: :angry-banghead:
