Cyberdyne Systems Model 101

Greetings!

Welcome to my build of the T-800 Terminator.

I'll start off with the tools I am going to use for this build.

Firstly there is a screwdriver set the comes with the first instalment. This are large phillips head screwdrivers and a pair of tweezers.

I'm not sure how useful the screwdrivers will be due to the size but the tweezers should come in handy. That being the case I will be using this set.

A pill box will be used for storing spare screws.

On to the build itself.

Stage 1 - The Eyes.

The red eye caps are inserted into the orbits.

Next LED diodes are fitted to the back of each eye.

These are then place into the inner eye sockets and held in pace by the eye socket brace.

No issues with stage 1 which is now complete.

Thanks Casper.

On to stage 2.

Image

Starting off by fitting the upper jaw to the eye socket section completed in stage 1.

Image

You need to be very careful with the screws provided. They come in one bag so not labelled. I have separated them out and keep them in a pill box.

Image

Next are the teeth for the upper jaw.

Image

These are quite large, too large I think. When the model is complete there's a chance the eye will be immediately drawn to them. I don't want that to be the case so I have trimmed them down a little. I might do some moew work on them at a later stage. In the meantime they have been attached to the upper jaw.

Image

Finally for this stage I have attached two pieces of the upper right arm together.

I also thought the eyes looked a little too big but never thought of trimming them, will be interesting to see the difference as the build progresses.
