Number1's B.O.T.Y

Here's my proposed model for the B.O.T.Y, this will be my first biplane build since I was a kid, there's a few after market parts already purchased plus there's rigging to do, another first for me. Start date?

I have a couple of WnW kits in the stash, just itching to build one. They look amazing! Even the instructions are a work of art. I’m really looking forward to this build.

Gonna get fat on the popcorn!
Cheers

At last I've made a start on my B.O.T.Y, Not much to show at the moment just the control panel with my first attempt at a wood effect.

Nice start. Oozing with detail!

Did you see the rumour that WNW are folding? Hopefully just a rumour.

Excellent work there Number1

I too have read about Wingnut's demise.

Apparently, Peter Jackson has been a naughty boy with funds given to him for promoting and making movies in NZ. He's been using them for things other than that.

Methinks that he won't be a Sir for long!

Tried to get HK to buy up Wingnut's Lancaster moulds, but I don't think that Neil will do it.

In actual fact.... I wonder if Hobbyboss might just pick that up...

Done a bit to the camel, side framing bracing from EZ line, resin seat from Barracuda painted and attached, still need to fold and paint the seat belt, paint the straps on the fuel tank and attach behind the seat then I can add the other side framing.
