hi all
have now started building issue 7 of the lancaster bomber
does part 152(upper) fit flush with part 21 (wing edge) or should there b a 1.5mm gap where it meets part 7-b2? :angry-banghead:

Thanks for the comments. That Lanc project is on the back burner at the moment. I've got other things on the go, and I've no idea where I'm going to put the Lanc when it's finished :?

Its a really nice model. But it has got a lot of faulty parts. Ive spent more time fixing problems than building it. But i did find that there is way too much detail. Most of it u cant see on the finished model even if u leave all the skin off. Like all the wiring in the nose cone cant be seen cause the front turret blocks the view and u cant see it through the stingers. The only way i could see the wiring in the nose was through the hole where the nose blister sits. But with it fitted and all the other bits in the nose fitted u just cant see the wires or any of the other detail in the nose. Most of the internal detail cant bee seen. The only way i could see it was before i put all the sections together. For the guy who said about the cutty sark. I built that about 15 years ago along with the bounty. But not sure if it was the model space 1 though. I know it was a diff bounty to what model space do cause mine had half of 1 side open with a clear plastic cover over it so all the internal detail could be seen. That had loads of detail inside and it could all be seen clearly through the cutaway. It had loads of little bread fruit plants and barrels and spare sails and ropes all stored below decks. The cutty sark didnt have a cutaway or any detail below deck.
