Lancaster Manual

Was having a look around for some reference material like the Anatomy of the Bismarck which I bought and have found to be very useful and found this.

This would definitely help the perfectionists out there as there are drawings, plans and colour pictures. Having a look at some of the members on here looks like the master builders are all taking to the sky now?

THE INTERACTIVE CD BY FLYINGZONE PUBLICATIONS IS MUCH MORE COMPREHENSIVE THAN THE HAYNES MANUAL - (WHICH IS GOOD AS WELL) BUT ANYONE WANTING A REAL IN DEPTH LOOK AT THIS PLANE SHOULD BUY THE LANCASTER EXPORED CD. I HAVE HAD MINE FOR 4 YEARS AND IT IS STILL THE BEST REFERENCE I HAVE ON THE LANCASTER. THE OTHER THING IS THAT JARROD COTTER ALSO HAS A BOOK CALLED LIVING LANCASTERS WHICH HAS SOME VERY GOOD PHOTOGRAPHS, REFERENCES - THE BBMF AND THE CANADIAN HERITAGE LANCASTER ARE FEATURED AS WELL AS JUST JANE AND S-SUGAR.
