The only difference with my design is that Iv'e managed to fit the Ben Ten voice changer inside the Hasbro chest piece! Here is the switch arangment!

here is the inside arangment! The LED's run off 3 volts and the Voice changer on 4.5 volts! At the moment I'm not sure how long the batteries will last but if its less than an hour I might have to produce another form of power source!

Close up of Ben Ten voice changer. This took a bit of chopping about and modifying.

How units will look after fitting! The i station is well hidden but the sound comes out really well! Although the Ben Ten voice changer is not 100% Darth Vader its pretty close and when amplified sounds menacing with a slight echo! The amp is 6 watts and although fairly close to the mike gets only a little feed back if the volume is up to its max! Mind you if its to high it sounds distorted anyway. Because Iv'e fitted the voice changer to be able to change you can make Darth sound like Micky Mouse or even a Dalek which is really funny! The flashing LED's also work well and look pretty good especially in low light!

Thanks for your comments! I will be using the costume at the August bank holiday and at the carnival in Herne Bay this year! I hope to get a good reaction from the crowd. I'll be using it mainly to promote the local Toy collectors shop which is RAM Collectibletoys.co.uk Mind you! I hope its not to hot because it gets really humid and hot in the costume!
