The Black Pearl - Metal Earth

Postby royjess » Tue Jan 14, 2020 10:42 pm

This is the last of the presents that I recived back in Christmas 2018 from my daughter

From the package, it looks like it's going to be complex, so the reason why this was left so long to build

The instructions

Looking at the contents, it looks like it's going to be much simpler than I first envisage and a quick build.

Here is the finish ship

I did actually finish this a couple of days ago, but when it came to post the finish photos, I realised that there was something that needing fixing together. This wasn't me failing to follow the instructions properly, but more that the instructions failed to instruct you to do so (and I doubled/tripped check the instructions again and again). Can you spot it in this photo taken a couple of days ago.

Thanks for watching

Correct  you couldn't fit the top of the flag straight away as there are some parts that slid down the mask first, but there is nowhere on the instructions that tell you when to fit the top of the flag
