The side windows are one piece but have a small strip down the center so this was masked ready for chrome

Awkward thing to hold when polishing, I only gave it a little polish and didn't use sanding cloths just a little polish. Its a nightmare to remove from some of the recesses.
just a few more things to add and I can get on with something else :think:

All done apart from the personal number plates (in hand) and the straps that hold the case on the rack but I won't be using them :)

The molotow chrome is excellent stuff for small parts and touch ups but I didn't have much luck with it through my airbrush, I have a new airbrush now so may try it again at some point. The problem is drying time, it takes days to cure if a thick layer is used. You need a good wet coat for it to level out. The hub caps lost there shine because they fell off once or twice.
