The number of times this has nearly hit the bin :angry-cussingblack: , anyway I managed to persevere and finally got the backend sorted, (must have taken it apart a dozen times) hope the front end doesn't give me so many problems.

A bit more done, the front end is 99% done just need to add the clear parts to the speedo and amp meter, added the HRD decals to the tank, one side went ok, the other? Not a hope, even after gallons of micro set and micro sol there's a couple of very small creases, :angry-banghead: anyhow added a couple of clear coats, going to wait tlll its fully hardened then a light sanding and a final wet coat of clear should finish it off.
(The front wheel was added after these pics were taken)

Thanks Guys, decided I wouldn't be happy with the small crease in the HRD decal so I glued a piece of wet n dry sandpaper to the end of a cocktail stick and gently sanded it while checking with a wet finger that another coat of clear would cover the sanded area. Another coat of clear has now been sprayed and the tank is drying under a plastic tub, will check in the morning if I've succeeded :handgestures-fingerscrossed:

Slowly slowly making progress, front end on, and off again, on again and off again :angry-banghead: eventually I was happy that everything lined up!

Slowly getting there, after fitting the left hand footrest and brake pedal the bike fell over onto that side twisting the footrest upwards :angry-banghead: , some very careful bending and praying finally straightened it out without breaking :handgestures-thumbup:
Next problem is trying to fit the exhaust, the one for the rear cylinder juts out at a crazy angle, more bending and dry fitting needed :angry-banghead:
