Yes, it will be static - the MIG mud on the tracks and running gear is a bit 'delicate' - the kit itself was about 20 years old and gathering dust in the attic - I watched the movie and figured with the 1/16th aftermarket stuff available now for convert the howitzer turret to a 76mm gun turret, then it would be a good static display. I have an un-built M-26 Pershing I want to build soon to get back into the RC game with.... :D :D

You are doing some amazing work as usual. Those figures are so realistic :o are the clothing plastic or have they been dressed with some real fabric clothes? If the former, you've done a fantastic job as the clothes look like they are made out of real fabric. Well done!

Hi Roy,

Heard the weather is great in Norfolk - Headed down your way for a couple of weeks R&R at the homestead in Filby, near Gt. Yarmouth. The figures are my second passions - They are all mainly 1/6 DML (Dragon) figures that are 'kit bashed'. Uniforms are bit's and pieces of other figures added to match the movie costumes as much as possible - then they are 'weathered with pastels and washes....so real cloth... :D

Just bits and bobs added before I take a break with the family; mainly stowage stuff still..........

I'm still to add a louvered exhaust diffuser under the back of the hull and to replace the smooth read deck with the grilled deck...so kinda working around that part at present...I think I made the straps too pbi on the bucket on the stbd rear hull. Might re-do those too.... :( The field phone wire spool is a stab I mad e- might re-do that too...just seeing what the first one looks like in roughly it's spot....
