I Know !!!!!!!

It is the size of the images that is increased in the new version of Photobucket, so I need to reduce them more before uploading to Photobucket.......

Hi All,

I've noticed over the last week or so that if you upload more than one photo to Photobucket, then the rest (trying to use the IMG link) only show uploading to things like FB, Twitter etc. unless you close Photobucket and go back again.

Have any of you noticed this? :)

I haven't noticed this at all.

I upload via the iPad app then go to the website to resize the photo to 520 x 390. Then when I need to upload to this site I just use the app again to copy the link.

Isn't it annoying that you can't resize photobucket off the iPad? :angry-banghead:

They could do with upgrading the app!

It's bad enough trying to do it off the PC here, never mind the iPad (which I've not got a clue how to do    )!!!!!! :) :) :)

I sent them feedback about that and they replayed with we will look into that for the next update. But the more that ask the fast it might come. :)

With iPad it's so simple. So much easier then going via the website. But the iPad is let down by not having a resizing option :(

I resize my photos to 800 x 600, then upload to photobucket, saves a lot of problems with photobucket and it's silly resizing rubbish!!!

The background photo for my forum, I had to upload to flicker to get it too work the way I wanted, due to the way photobucket operates these days.

Btw I use an old copy of Corel Photopaint to resize the photos.

I never resize my pics, I upload them from my camera to the pc then upload to photobucket, from there to here. Should I be resizing them?
Thanks
Les.

It's not vital unless some important detail on the right of the pic is being lost.

I've changed the setting on my camera to take a different size photo.

Here's an example.
Image
Portrait

Image
Landscaped.

With this setting all I now have to do is take the photo upload to my iPad, go to the photobucket app, copy the link to here and all done. The detail looks ok. And I don't loose any info from the photo.

When I mess up Eric, which is quite often, then smaller resized photos do has the it uses ! :laughing-rolling:
