Bought number 1 daughter a back issue Star Wars helmet ( thanks Roy ) Says it would take 5 days , been and gone .Contacted Deag customer service as yet no reply anyone had good dealings with them or will I be :angry-banghead: .

Give it a couple of more days, Steve. Things happen slowly with these companies. I bought a back issue of the Mustang last Thursday. Not expecting it for about a week!

Jacklin Enterprices uk is who you are dealing with, they are pretty much the same company that send out all the various partworks including Hachette, Deagostini, Eaglemoss etc..

I usually allow 14 working days, before chasing them up with an email. You will get your helmet, but you may have to chase them up several times. Most of the times I don't have a problem, but I have been know to have chase them up to 3 times before now, but this was a one off.

Don't forget that the post is slower due to extra mail due to Xmas being around the corner.

I would send them an email and explain that you would like it to arrive before Xmas as it is a present for someone.

I usually give them 5 days to reply to my emails before I chase them up. I have been know to having to chase them up a couple of times before I get a reply.

:dance: Success one Darts Vader helmet arrived in the Black Country today , bargain at £1.99 posting , box and contents cost more. Would love to have done collection :violin: . Thank again Roy and Snaps.
