I have a few twist and slide puzzles, these were around during the 1980's

3 layer twist and slide cylinder key-ring

These are a lot easier to solve than a standard Rubik cube

Now I'm going to show you my Pyraminx cubes (Pyramid shape)

Pyraminx Duo, quiet a tricky one to solve at first, but it is only 3 to 4 moves away from being done as this can't be scrambled any more.

The corners are very easy to match up, you just twist them, however the centre piece only turns when you turn one of the corners, so you have to think ahead to ensure that the centre piece ends up matches up with all four sides

Here is a video (not mine) on the duo cube

Today puzzle is another Pyraminx

Today I wanted to post the next Pyraminx up form yesterdays one (I will post this one tomorrow instead), however I going to post on here my latest Pyraminx which I recived yesterday.

Duomo Pyraminx, this one is the next one up from the Duo posted two days ago, it twist like the Duo, except that is has additional colours to solve making it many more times trickier than the Duo

Clover Pyraminx

This is one of my latest puzzle which I recived about a week ago. This one is a shape-shifter, took me a whole day to work this one out.

ImageIMG_3417 by Jess Lee, on Flickr

I've only partially mixed this one up for the photo, but is quiet mind boggling when fully mixed.

3x3x3 Mastermorphix Rice Dumpling

This one is very tricky, it is a shape-shifter and the pieces are unrecognisable when scrambled
