Would love to go back but wallet is empty :angry-banghead: :angry-banghead: :angry-banghead: .
Don't forget to see your Brough superior there and check out TE Lawrence crash site and house.

It’s a bit of a hike from Yorkshire too. Lots to see and do. I think it’ll be a packed day!

I had a brilliant day thanks Steve. So much to see there, and seeing the Tiger run is a tick off the bucket list!

Unfortunately the Brough Superior wasn't on display.

On the plus side, they did have Little Willy on display, which was much bigger than I expected. I took loads of photos which will be useful when I build my kit.
For those who don't know, Little Willy was the prototype predecessor to the Mk 1 British Tank. The Godmother of all tanks!
Cheers

Still looking forward to the Tiger Day in Sept. Also want to see Fury….on the personal side, Marie is letting me do this coz she has relented and feels sorry for me :( ….
We are still sort of piecemeal moving home here in Norfolk from Aberdeen. All my kits, figures, stuff is in Aberdeen packed for shipment….hence no posts lately…oh the withdrawals…..

Anyway, I have found some correct T-81 tracks for my Fury build. Intend mounting and weathering those when the house move is done….But I want to build a static 131 in 1/16 scale so looking for to seeing it ‘in action’….

Steve, I’ve received a 1/16 Hobby Boss for Xmas in 2020. Hoping it works out….as a 131 effort…

From what I Can see hobby boss is a mid production tiger . 131 is an early so it's a different cupola and ventilator and a few other minor things but rivett counting is a rabbit hole that will send you mad lol.
