Its been 26 to 30 the past week my way, pollen count has been very high so I have been stuck indoors most of the time due to hay fever.

30 here in Gods Own Country.

Loaded up with industrial grade antihistamines and regular meds yours truly has been lured away from bench and out onto the roads to enjoy the weather by ripping up the roads at warp speeds, frightening sheep and terrorising tourists in the Dales.

I have also been teasing my Polish friends who complain about Yorkshires normal weather by telling them never to complain again and get out there and get a tan now because next week we're back to blue woad and bearskin underwear to keep them warm. :laughing-rolling:

I have started Rye Field Models' Panther G and will start a diary and update everyone soon. The weather has me distracted. I do have some questions to ask..... But that is not for this thread. :D

Can't complain about the weather after the long winter that we have. I always slap on the sunscreen, even in cold weather. Had a nice hot day yesterday in Staffordshire, I'll give you 3 guesses which theme park I was at?

BLINKIN' hot...!!!

Hot summer days are a bit of a rarity now in the UK.
In the garden, LOTS of cold beers and cold wine - enjoy it.

Model making can pick up again when the naff weather returns.

Warning, don't get Sun lotion in your eyes! Lotion got into my eyes just as I was getting on the M32, not very clever as my eyes felt like they were on fire, luckily I managed to not crash into anything and made it to the first exit where there was a large supermarket with a pharmacy, 3/4 of a bottle of optrex later there was no improvement, to cut a long story short my son picked me up and I then spent the next couple of hours in the eye hospital having them washed out, luckily there's no lasting damage. :crying-yellow:
Thank you N.H.S.
