Thanks to Steve131 for the idea. Here is a sticky thread for posting links to buy slightly out of the ordinary stuff.
Feel free to add to it as you wish, but please try to refrain from chatter as that will just make it harder to find the link you're looking for ;)

I'll start with a link to an  Bay site which sells fine grade sanding sponges. You may notice it's a farm supplies shop :o :?:

A suggestion for contributors - rather than posting multiple replies, each with a new link, how about editing your previous reply with the additional information?

I'd suggest heading each post with the region the shops are suitable for; UK / US / Australia etc.

On a side note, thanks for the links. I just got me some new timber for my Victory cross section, and some fine sanding & polishing sponges for the Revell routemaster :D

There is an excellent online paint and accessory supplier if you don't have a good local model shop.
Have a look www.emodels.co.uk Especially good on paints and weathering items.

:text-goodpost: I use e-models for all my needs modelling wise, along with a good range of everything you want ! for the plus side of "trading" with e-mods is there customer service is very good ! you can chat on line directly during business hours to an advisor who is very helpful (no names no pack drill ;) ).
Give them a "try" you will not be disappointed, they are based in Stoke on Trent, give there site a look !
Cheers. Mike ;)
