I have removed images up-loaded using DYP , and re-posted with images from Photobucket

Gn15 is a term used in model railways to indicate a loco or other rolling stock ,which is built to a scale of 1/24 (or Garden scale) which runs on 16.5mm gauge track. 16.5 mm track is normally used with oo railways ( approx. scale 1/76) to represent standard track width of 4feet 8.5 inches.
When modelling to 1/24 scale, the 16.5mm gauge track is used to represent the minimum narrow gauge track width of 15 inches.
The chassis from a oo gauge locomotive is used in Gn15 , with a scratch-built body to 1/24 scale.
Using the Hornby Thomas the Tank Engine Bill/Ben, I have retained the chassis and boiler,and added a new smoke box, chimney, dome:
