Andrew's model railway

Postby Andy2015 » Mon Mar 28, 2016 1:35 pm

Hi all,
I though I'd share some photos of my N- Gauge model railway, the photo posted below are are from about 2 years ago. I've done quite a bit more work since then, so I'll try and post some more up to date photos today or tomorrow

Hi Andy,

It's all looking great, especially as everything is so small with it being N Gauge! :D

It would be nice if you are able to post pics with the lights on. :) :)

I'll try to post some photos Thursday as I've just expanded the lighting kit and waiting for some extention cables for it.

The lighting system I'm using is just plug lighting system from woodland scenics.

N-gauge allows for so much more my layout is 2ft by 4ft and with the locomotives now staring to have dcc sound and the level of detail is amazing when u consider the scale.

Nice little layout, Jess and I'm waiting to find some time to start our N gauge railways, we've got a few other projects to finish first.

Well bit more work has been completed, coaling station has been built from kit also bought 2 resin building and put lights in them. Got them cheap as they have minor chips which I've painted over so you really can't tell. Coal yards lorry has been weathered. Done a bit of work on the gardens of the cottages.

Coal building built, bigger than I expected really but there is also a cottage which just looks out of scale but is 1:148 scale.
